Keeping Your Files Organized

Whether you have a portable office filing system, a traditional vertical filing cabinet or a lateral cabinet, they all have one thing in common.  They require the use of Hanging Folders in order to keep your files neat, tidy and organized.

Have you ever experienced issues with the generic type of hanging folders like – the rods that are supposed to keep them “hanging” bend or break.  The rods don’t seem to hold heavier items such as catalogs very well or, you have my big issue, in order to move the clear tabs left or right means – at my age – having to take off my glasses so that I can see where the slots are located.  (This gets annoying!)

Smead Office Products has the answer.  Their Tuff Hanging Folders are designed to be used, abused and re-used again and again.  Their construction is so much more than your standard hanging file folder – that we are all used to.  Guess they are called “Tuff” for a reason.

Being a Professional Organizer, I have a specific system that I use with my clients that typically I will recommend that they identify their hanging files in a specific way – with the identifying tabs either on the left, middle or right hand side of the file.  The Smead Tuff Hanging Folders makes this SO easy.  The clear tabs can quickly and easily slide from left to middle to the right of the hanging folder in just a second.  It makes maintaining files so easy and they are so well-made and sturdy, they will last forever!  Even though they may be a tad more expensive than your traditional hanging folders, you won’t have to replace them for a long, long time, which will save you lots of cash.

The other great feature of the Smead Tuff Hanging Folders is that they come in a variety of colors – you don’t have to give up style for functionality!  They are available in your typical boring steel gray and blue, green, red and yellow.

Organize your files right, the first time with Smead Tuff Hanging Folders.
